What You ll DoProvide adult pulmonary care for patients in a Black Lung Clinic setting
Perform procedures such as A-line insertions and interpret EKGs and PFTs
Support up to 6 critical care rounding patients daily
Manage a patient volume of approximately 10 patients per day
Collaborate with respiratory therapists and other healthcare staff
Use Epic EMR system for documentation
Contribute to patient safety and care quality in a specialized clinic environment
What You Need
Required:
Pulmonary board certification
Virginia medical license
Ability to perform A-line insertions, EKG, and PFT interpretation
Clean background; no pending or settled malpractice
Flu vaccination
Preferred:
Experience in Black Lung Clinic or similar setting
