\ N Ongoing Interventional Radiology coverage with consistent weekday schedule
\ N Epic EMR
Traveling providers welcome
\ N Increased rates may be considered for select dates
\ N Long-term opportunity with repeat coverage blocks
### Assignment Details \ N Start: ASAP (following credentialing)
\ N Ongoing coverage
Orientation: 7-hour session required prior to first assignment
\ N Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM weekdays with evening call (4:00 PM-8:00 AM)
\ N Weekend: 24-hour call coverage
\ N Setting: Inpatient
\ N EMR: Epic
\ N Credentialing: 60-90 days
### Clinical Details \ N General Interventional Radiology with stroke thrombectomy capability required
\ N 10-15 procedures per daytime shift
\ N Diagnostic and therapeutic angiography
\ N Venous and arterial angioplasty and stenting
\ N Thrombolysis and embolization procedures
\ N Vascular access, PICC lines, ports, central lines, IVC filters
\ N TIPS, nephrostomy tubes, biliary interventions, abscess drainage
\ N Thoracentesis, paracentesis, chest tubes
\ N Liver Y-90/TACE, vertebroplasty, arthrograms
\ N Percutaneous biopsies and drainage procedures
\ N Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy required
\ N No diagnostic reading required between IR cases
### Requirements \ N Board Certified Interventional Radiology
\ N Interventional Radiology fellowship or residency
\ N Active North Dakota license preferred or IMLC accepted
\ N ACLS and BLS
Clean malpractice history strongly preferred
\ N Experience performing all required IR procedures
\ N NPDB Self-Query dated within 30 days of presentation
\ N Completed procedure checklist (Yes/No for each required procedure)
\ N Current availability required at time of presentation
