Job DescriptionDiagnostic Radiologist Opportunity – Erie\ N$100,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Onsite | PSLF Eligible | H-1B Sponsorship Available
Position Overview\ NA nonprofit, integrated health system in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established, collegial radiology group . This is a primarily onsite role offering broad modality exposure, strong compensation upside, and excellent work–life balance.

\ N Practice Setting \ N Join a collaborative group of:
\ N 8 General Radiologists
\ N 3 Interventional Radiologists
\ N 3 Dedicated Breast Imagers
\ N
Single primary site — no travel between locations
\ N Epic EMR
\ N Strong administrative and technologist support
\ N Schedule & Call \ N Monday–Friday day shifts
\ N Weekday and weekend call shared equally among radiologists
\ N Approximately 1:4 call
\ N
Designed to support long-term sustainability and predictability
\ N Clinical Scope \ N All modalities , including:
\ N CT
\ N MRI
\ N Ultrasound
\ N Nuclear Medicine
\ N General Diagnostic Radiology
\ N
No breast imaging required
\ N Procedural opportunities may include:
\ N Fluoroscopy
\ N Myelograms
\ N Thyroid biopsies
\ N Lumbar punctures

Compensation & Incentives\ N $100,000 sign-on bonus (full-time onsite position)
