Locum Tenens Opportunity: General Radiologist Near Gurnee, ILWe are seeking a General Radiologist with Fluoroscopy experience for a locum tenens opportunity near Gurnee, IL. If you are an experienced radiologist looking for a flexible and rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Position Overview: Position Type: Locum Tenens Specialty: General Radiology with Fluoroscopy experience Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Shift Type: Day shifts, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities: Fluoroscopy Procedures: Perform real-time imaging to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. General Radiology: Conduct and interpret routine and emergency imaging exams, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Provide accurate and timely readings of imaging studies for both inpatient and outpatient settings. Systems Used: EMR: Meditech PACS: Intelerad Voice Recognition Software: FluencyQualifications: Board Certified: Required in Radiology. BLS/ACLS Certified: Required. Licensure: Must have an active, unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA. Verbal confirmation of license and DEA status is required at the time of name clearance. Clean Professional Record: No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice claims. Fluoroscopy Experience: Must be comfortable and experienced in performing Fluoroscopy procedures.Additional Requirements: System Proficiency: Familiarity with Meditech EMR, Intelerad PACS, and Fluency for voice recognition is preferred. Shift Details: On-site coverage required from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
