Case Mix: General IR, cerebral embolectomy, moderate sedation

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
General interventional radiology procedures
Cerebral embolectomy (no aneurysm management)
Moderate sedation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
Licenses: Active Minnesota license (preferred)
Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified/Board Eligible
Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
Other Qualifications: Fellowship required, EPIC experience preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general interventional radiology coverage including cerebral embolectomy
Administer moderate sedation as needed
Provide hospital coverage from 8a-5p on scheduled day
Cover weekend cases as needed (average 6 per day)
