* Support Staff: RNs: 2, MAs: 1, Office Staff: 2
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
* Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Board: Certified (Required)
* Licenses: Licensed in MI
* Certifications: BLS
* Fellowship: Required
* Experience: Fellowship trained in Breast Imaging
* Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner), PACS proficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive on-site breast imaging coverage, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.
* Perform and interpret image-guided procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations with precision.
* Utilize BI-RADS classification effectively and ensure strict adherence to MQSA standards in all interpretations and reports.
* Manage same-day diagnostic workups and communicate findings empathetically and clearly to patients.
* Collaborate seamlessly with technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teams to deliver integrated patient care.
