JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: H-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Columbia, South Carolina Facility: MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown Health System: Medical University of South Carolina Health - Locums Coverage Period: Jan 05, 2026 Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTE Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR) with MQSA qualification Licenses: Active South Carolina license or FCVS Certifications: MQSA compliance, EPIC proficiency Experience: Minimum 24 months of case logs in mammography Other Qualifications: Clear background, dosimetry badge required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide onsite breast imaging coverage at MUSC Health Imaging Center Columbia and Kershaw Medical Center Cross-cover at Tidelands Georgetown as needed Interpret mammography studies and maintain MQSA case logs Complete hospital modules and EPIC personalization Adhere to dosimetry badge requirements
