What You’ll Do
Recruit physicians and advance practioners to fill vital gaps throughout the country
Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from first call to working at the hospital or clinic
Build strong pipelines, create meaningful relationships, and consult healthcare providers on their career moves
Develop lasting client and candidate relationships
Collaborate daily with an award-winning team
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention detail
Improve your skills daily, relying on experienced team leaders helping you achieve career and personal goals
What It Takes to Win

Strong communication and consultative skills

Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
