Job description
Job PostingEnsures the medical group is represented to physicians, referral physicians and the community. Incumbent works well with physicians, employees, department managers and community leaders. Work requires decision-making skills, time management skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills. Incumbent is responsible for 40 hour work week and is subject to additional hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Performs other duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesBuilds and enhances physician relations.Responsible for scheduling and facilitating physician continuing medical education.Responsible for the assisting promotion of clinic marketing plan.Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.Communicates feedback from physician visits to marketing department and administration on a regular basis.Develops web sites and physician newsletter as communication tools with physicians and office staff on a regular basis.Completes assigned goals.SpecificationsExperienceMinimum Required1-2 years experience in a customer related position.Preferred/DesiredEducationMinimum RequiredBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Related Field.Preferred/DesiredMaster's Degree in Marketing or Business Related Field.TrainingMinimum RequiredPreferred/DesiredSpecial SkillsMinimum RequiredComputer literate. Appropriate skills to interact with hospital employers and industry to provide services. Skills in communicating clearly and effectively to achieve high production and efficiency.Preferred/DesiredLicensureMinimum RequiredPreferred/Desired
