Job description
Henry Ford Health in Flint, MI is seeking a Physician Referrals Representative for our Family Medicine network. You will build and coordinate relationships with referring physicians, streamline access to facilities, and promote our medical specialists and services.
This role focuses on resolving access issues, educating physicians about initiatives, and scheduling referrals and appointments; you’ll work with a small team and reception staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care.
