A financially strong multi-specialty group of 525+ providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional rheumatologist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.
Opportunity Highlights:
Office based 100% outpatient rheumatology Four days per week in clinic and one day admin Starting base is $322,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus Lab and imaging on site Adult patients only EPIC EHR Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing Group paid malpractice with no tail Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on 12% 401K gift RVU based comp starting the 2nd year Fellowship stipend possible Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia, and other wonders About VISTA Staffing
