\ N $300,000 Annual Guaranteed Salary;
WRVU in excess of 5, /WRVU
\ N $50,000 Signing Bonus
\ N $20,000 Educational Loan Repayment
\ N $10,000 Relocation Reimbursement
\ N Annual Continuing Education Funds
\ N Malpractice Insurance
