Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic within a Non-Profit Critical Access Hospital
Schedule: Monday Friday, standard daytime clinic hours

Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Chronic and complex rheumatologic conditions

Beds in Department/Unit: Outpatient clinic setting
Trauma Designation: N/A
EMR System: In use at facility
Specialty Backup: Dedicated Rheumatology physician support
Support Staff: Experienced nursing staff and on-site Infusion Therapy Center team
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Rheumatology Physician and Clinical Leadership

Board Requirements: Board Certified/ Eligible
DEA & Certifications: Active or eligible DEA; BLS required

Base Salary: Nationally competitive salary

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Board Status: Certified or Eligible
State License Required: Active Idaho license or eligibility to obtain
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: Prior Rheumatology experience required
Additional Requirements: Ability to manage an independent outpatient clinic panel and collaborate in a team-based environment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and manage chronic rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting
Coordinate care with on-site Infusion Therapy Center
Collaborate closely with Rheumatology physician and multidisciplinary care team
Provide comprehensive follow-up care and patient education
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
