Overview
Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking an industrious PA or NP interested in owning and operating a branded clinic within our growing network. The role provides full administrative support while preserving ownership and autonomy.
Responsibilities
Own and operate a Triad Complete Healthcare clinic.
Oversee staffing, office needs, and patient care delivery.
Collaborate with Triad’s management for high‑quality service.
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Administrative Support Provided
Full EMR system
Credentialing
Billing and coding
Tech support
Hiring assistance
Employment contracts
On‑site training
Malpractice coverage (premiums included)
Hands‑on management assistance
Back‑end support
Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma (required).
Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
Ability to work effectively with staff and the public.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
Excellent listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility in using income to operate practice and staff.
Clinical problem‑solving and diagnosis skills.
Critical thinking for developing treatment plans.
Compassion for patients and families.
Leadership, including managing RN and LPN teams.
