Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.
Opportunity HighlightsNo current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demandImmediate case volumeASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as neededLarge and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physiciansProven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programsApproximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeonsEmphasis on OR time over clinic timeFull support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic OrsNo OB servicesno emergency C-section disruptions
