Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Dothan, Alabama. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established cardiothoracic surgical program in a modern facility with advanced technology and comprehensive support.Position: Permanent MD/DO Cardiothoracic SurgeonLocation: Dothan, AlabamaKey Responsibilities:Perform a full spectrum of cardiothoracic surgical procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic resections, and aortic surgery.Participate in both elective and emergency cases.Collaborate closely with a team of cardiologists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists to deliver coordinated cardiovascular care.Provide perioperative and post-operative management, including ICU rounds and patient follow-up.Participate in a shared call rotation and multidisciplinary case conferences.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Alabama.Skilled in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery; minimally invasive or robotic experience a plus.Strong clinical acumen, communication, and teamwork skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity and call incentives.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME allowance and dedicated CME time.Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance available.Join a highly regarded surgical program in Dothan, AL, and become part of a progressive health system dedicated to excellence in cardiovascular care.
