Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a premier opportunity to join a highly respected cardiovascular team offering advanced surgical services in a well-equipped hospital setting.Position: Permanent MD/DO Cardiothoracic SurgeryLocation: Montgomery, AlabamaKey Responsibilities:Perform a full range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic surgery, and lung resections.Participate in both elective and emergent surgical care.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and perfusionists.Provide post-operative care and support in the ICU and step-down units.Participate in call rotation and clinical conferences.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Alabama.Proficiency in adult cardiac and thoracic procedures; minimally invasive or robotic experience a plus.Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.Compensation & Benefits:Highly competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME allowance and paid CME time.Significant sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance negotiable.Join a leading surgical program in Montgomery, AL, and make a lasting impact in a community-focused environment with excellent clinical resources and support.
