Cardiothoracic / Cardiovascular Surgery Opportunity Southern Arizona Private Practice Partnership Track 1:3 Call High-Volume Program A well-established private surgical practice in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking for a high-volume practice, broad operative scope, partnership potential, and a collaborative environment serving a diverse patient population. Position Highlights Full-time Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery opportunity Full-spectrum cardiac and thoracic surgery Hybrid practice with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care 1:3 shared call schedule High-volume service line with an established referral base Strong surgical infrastructure Partnership track available Collegial, collaborative practice environment Opportunity to contribute to practice growth and innovation Experienced surgeons and new graduates encouraged to apply No visa sponsorship listed for this position Clinical Scope The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to maintain a broad operative practice with involvement in both cardiac and thoracic casework .
