Opportunity Highlights: High-volume practice with a strong regional referral network Market leader in cardiothoracic services in Northwest Florida Established Cardiothoracic Surgery Department, offering services such as complex coronary and valvular disease treatment, a robust TAVR and MitraClip program, ECMO Center, and open and endovascular aortic surgery Work alongside a comprehensive cardiovascular team, including Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and Vascular Surgeons Serve a patient base of over 500,000 Exclusive cardiac OR team Highly experienced Cardiac Anesthesia team, dedicated only to cardiothoracic service Support from four experienced PAs and ARNPs Access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a brand-new flagship campus Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance Full Health Benefits, Retirement Package 403(b) and 457(b), malpractice insurance with tail coverage, 36 personal days off per year, CME allowance, and more Enjoy a Vibrant Lifestyle in a Coastal Community Located along the emerald coast of Northwest Florida, this mid-sized city offers a unique blend of a relaxed beach lifestyle and rich cultural experiences.
