This temporary assignment involves providing 24/7 on-call coverage for the last 10-11 days every month, contributing to a vibrant medical setting.
Job Overview: Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery
Location: Near BELMONT, NH
Monthly Need: 24/7 on-call coverage for the last 10-11 days
Patient Panel: Small outpatient panel if feasible
Perform elective/emergent Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeries
Responsibilities:
On-call services covering cath lab, emergency surgeries, inpatient consults/surgeries
Complete Cardio-Thoracic coverage for the hospital
No clinic coverage necessary (hospital-based only)
Demographic: Adult
EMR System: Cerner
Patients Per Day: Variable (approx. 10 surgeries/month for a full-time provider)
Support Staff: 1-3 APPs supporting Cardiothoracic Surgery
Dedicated RN facilitating scheduling
On-site services include OR, radiology, and lab
Gratis In Oncall Rate: Must include 4 hours
Additional Details: First Assist APP and APP Rounding: Yes
Physician Call: Second call
Hospital Setting: 100% hospital-based
Patient Demographic: Adult
EMR Platform: Cerner
Support Staff: 1-3 APPs supporting Cardiothoracic Surgery
Dedicated RN for program scheduling
On-site services include OR, radiology, and lab
Gratis In Oncall Rate: 4 hours included
