Job description
A leading health system in the Concho Valley of Texas is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team providing advanced care for heart, lung, esophageal, and thoracic conditions in a growing regional medical center.
Position Highlights:
Build and grow a busy cardiothoracic surgery practice in a thriving Texas community
Manage a balanced schedule with 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week
Support a diverse surgical caseload with outpatient and operative responsibilities
Enjoy a 1:3 call schedule with dedicated team support
Collaborate with 3 advanced practice providers to optimize patient care
Treat complex conditions involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and chest cavity
Join a supportive team focused on clinical excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction
Practice within a regional referral center with advanced technology and resources
Compensation & Benefits :
Total compensation opportunity of $950K
$90K sign-on bonus
