Plastic Surgeon Opportunity

Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Full-time employed opportunity
Job Setting: Clinic-based with Med-Spa; pre- and post-operative visits with patients
Types of Cases: Plastic Surgery; joining an existing Plastic Surgeon and 2 APPs; Med-Spa services included
Compensation: $679,000 annually with $150,000 in bonus incentives
Additional Benefits: Generous PTO/CME PTO
CME Allowance – $6,000 annually
Malpractice Insurance covered, including tail coverage
Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance options
403(b) retirement plan with company match

Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery – Plastic (must become certified within 5 years); no exceptions
Certifications: BLS certification (must maintain recertification); DEA registration; current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
Licensure: Valid Iowa State License (required); clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
