Facility in Alton, IL seeking Lucrative General Surgery locums coverageRates: $500/ beeper fee / nightcall plus $400/hr call back Opportunity HighlightsCoverage Dates: March 9 March 13, 2026.Schedule: Night call only.Call Type: Off-site; call may be taken from home or a hotel.Response Time: 30-minute response required if called in.EMR: Epic.Scope of PracticeDuties: Night call for emergent General Surgery consults and procedures.Volume: Callback frequency is historically low.Environment: Supported by the OSF surgical team; emergency privileges are available for candidates with a clean background.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.Licensure: Active Illinois State License and IL CSR are required at the time of application.Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS.Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience.Note: IMLC candidates will not be considered for this role.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
