Cardiothoracic position with one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest. Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support.$800k guarantee + wRVU bonus + quality incentive + signing incentive (up to $100k). Comprehensive Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 4 Vascular Surgeons. Teaching opportunities with residency program. Research opportunities available. 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan. Largest Physician-Owned and Governed Multi-Specialty Clinics in the Midwest Large referral base within clinic of over 290 multi-specialty physicians and providers.
