Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? No Patients Per Shift: 1-4 Bed In Department: 8 Rounding: Assigned Patients Practice Details: Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified? Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified The Following Certification Are Required: ABLS: No ACLS: No ATLS: No BLS: No PALS: No Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in KY? Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 Description/Other Details: This is coverage for our General Surgeon taking vacation. It will be primarily call to cover any general surgical procedures that need to be evaluated and possibly done. It is 24-hour coverage starting ASAP and ongoing.
