Job description
A hospital-employed surgical team is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-supported practice in western Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with strong demand and immediate patient access needs.
Position Highlights: Join an experienced surgical team with an established, high-volume clinic
Immediate need driven by strong patient demand and access expansion
Average 15-20 clinic patients/day and 150 cases/month
Access to 3 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite
Da Vinci X robotic surgery platform available
Excellent specialty support and integrated care coordination
Epic EMR across hospital and outpatient settings
Teaching opportunities through a Family Medicine residency program
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with guaranteed base for 3 years + RVU bonus potential
$50K upfront sign-on bonus
