Call only up to 10 days per month, ongoing Call ratio 1:3 30-minute response time required 6 - 8 patients per shift typical patient load 3 - 5 admissions and 8 - 10 patients seen per 24-hour call Inpatient and emergency department call coverage 10 OR rooms available Laparoscopic procedures preferred appendectomy, cholecystectomy Broad surgical skills preferred OB/GYN, breast, liver, endoscopy We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
