Job description
A leading academic health system in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN with MIGS fellowship training or extensive MIGS experience to join its Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery team.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery focus
Surgical care at Hartford and Manchester hospitals
Outpatient care across established offices in the greater Hartford region, with potential for future expansion
No mandatory obstetrics
Treat chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, and other complex gynecologic conditions
Perform gynecologic surgery and participate in ambulatory care
Newly renovated, expanding ORs with 5 da Vinci robotic surgical systems
Extensive 24/7 backup support
Collaborative team of OB/GYN generalists and subspecialists, CNMs, NPs, PAs, and Genetic Counselors
Opportunities in research, education, quality improvement, and academic initiatives
Fully integrated Epic EMR

Qualifications:
MD/DO from an accredited medical school
BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Connecticut medical license or eligibility
Fellowship training in MIGS or a similar program , or extensive MIGS experience
Spanish or other language proficiency highly desirable
