Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics & Gynecology Connecticut StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $ - $ OBGYN Physician Waterbury, Connecticut Position Overview One of the largest physician organizations in the Northeast is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join its established and growing women's health practice. The organization provides the resources of a nationally recognized health system while offering a collaborative, community-based practice environment with strong surgical volumes and immediate patient demand. Position Highlights National Top Hospital for ObGyn Surgery and C-Section- Castle Connolly Optional four-day workweek Approximately 34 clinic days and one dedicated OR day weekly Average of 2022 patients per day Da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgery Strong surgical volumes and established referral network Level II Nursery with approximately 800 annual deliveries Onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology 24/7 Laborist program providing in-house coverage 1:6 backup OB call with no routine in-house call Post-call day off Compensation & Benefits Base salary + RVU productivity incentives + Quality Sign on + Relocation bonuses 27 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays CME allowance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k)/403(b) and employer retirement contributions Occurrence-based malpractice coverage with tail Community Highlights Naugatuck Valley Located in the heart of the Northeast, the Naugatuck Valley offers New England charm, desirable suburban communities, and convenient access to some of the region's largest cities and destinations. 115,000 residents in the city, 460,000 residents in the county Approximately 30 minutes to New Haven and Hartford Approximately 90 minutes to New York City One of Connecticut's most diverse and multicultural communities Hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, skiing, and Long Island Sound beaches nearby Connecticut Wine Trail, performing arts, museums, and historic New England towns Four airports within two hours, including Bradley International, Tweed New Haven, Westchester County, and JFK Contact Information For additional information or confidential consideration, please contact: ?
