Highlights
60% OB / 40% GYN balanced schedule
Two da Vinci Robots + dedicated OR block time
deliveries per year across the group
Epic EMR + full support staff (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs)
Lots of provider autonomy within a collaborative group
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $400K$420K
Total Earnings: $600K+ with quality and productivity bonuses
Sign-on Bonus: $50K + Residency Stipend available
Full benefits, 403(b) match, CME allowance, and tail coverage
