A financially strong multi-specialty group of 550 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional neurosurgeon based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living.
Opportunity Highlights:
Join two established neurosurgeons specializing in general, spine, and brainGeneral neurosurgery with subspecialty interest, especially spine.Four full-time PA s with additional strong supportOne hospital location 423 bed level 2 trauma centerStarting base is $875,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonusSchedule is 2 days in clinic and 2 days in ORTwo-year shareholder track with annual profit sharingGroup paid malpractice with no tailFull health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on12% 401K gift with no matching requiredRVU based comp starting the 2nd yearResidency/fellowship stipend possibleCentral Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
