Practice Setting: Hospital Based Clinic
Schedule: 24-hour on call for ED and practice patients
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1
Trauma Level/Designation: Not a trauma center/community hospital
Annual ER Volume: 55,000 - 60,000
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Number of Operating Rooms: 16
Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric, Adults 18+
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Credentialing will be performed
Facility Reimbursement: Facility reimburses for Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Prefer to have local candidates but if not available, the following limitations are to be in place:No first class or business class tickets for airline - coach should be used
No luxury hotel reservations

Clot Removal
Tumor Removal
Shunt Insertion or Revision
Diskectomy
Laminectomy
Spinal Fusion
Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty
Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction
