JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Physician Neurosurgery Job Type: Permanent Location: Carrollton, GA and Villa Rica, GA Service Setting: Inpatient Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday (specific schedule TBD) On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:4 rotation Call Type: In-House/Beeper (TBD) Call Ratio: 1:4PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults Admissions: Yes Rounding: Included Phone Consults: Yes Case Mix: General Neurosurgery with Cranial and Spinal proceduresFACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Robotics available at both hospitals Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital support Support Staff Available: Neurosurgery team, OR staff, RNs, APPs Reason for Coverage: Group expansionPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: TBD Credentialing Timeline: TBDCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: $750,000 base salary Signing Bonus: $50,000
