Job description
Physician – Surgery – Orthopedic Surgery in Michigan
We're seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well established, high demand orthopedic service line in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This employed role offers a strong mix of general orthopedic surgery with the ability to develop niche interests, robotics capability, excellent clinical support, and a vibrant waterfront community known for year round recreation and historic charm.
Highlights
General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity with ability to develop niche interests (spine, hand, trauma, etc.)
Well established orthopedic service line with robotics
Outpatient clinic located on the hospital campus
EPIC EMR for inpatient and outpatient work
Strong demand for services with supportive colleagues and staff
Broad clinical practice with flexibility to shape subspecialty focus
Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
1:3 call rotation
Employed position within a physician led organization
Highly competitive compensation plan
