BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon needed to join an established orthopedic practice in Richmond, KY.
Practice team: 1 MD, 2 PA-Cs, 4 MAs (cross-trained in x-ray and casting/bracing), 2 front office staffCall shared across a 5-provider community groupEstablished, well-supported practice environmentUp to $200,000 in recruiting incentives (starting bonus, loan repayment, relocation, CME allowance)Two-year income guarantee plus productivity/quality bonusesPSLF-eligible employer; complimentary loan repayment advisingEPIC EHR (Gold Star 9) with DAX ambient documentationImmigration support available, if needed
