"Orthopedic SurgeonAssignment Details Location: Kearney, Nebraska Practice Setting: Inpatient / Emergency Department Coverage: 24/7 Call Coverage Reason for Coverage: Lack of available orthopedic surgeons to complete the call scheduleCompensation:Orientation - $185/hr24 Hour On Call - $2,730 per 24 hoursHoliday 24 Hour On Call - $4,090 per 24 hoursCall Back - $370/hrHoliday Call Back - $555/hrSchedule August 1016 (7:00 AM7:00 AM) September 2127 (7:00 AM7:00 AM) October 1218 (7:00 AM7:00 AM) November 1622 (7:00 AM7:00 AM) December 713 (7:00 AM7:00 AM)Clinical Details Level II Trauma Center Orthopedic trauma call Surgical cases as needed General orthopedic care Fracture care Patient Volume: Approximately 12 patients per day Hospitalists manage admissions EMR: Epic Support Staff: Emergency Department and Operating Room teamsRequirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency Active Nebraska medical license (required) or IMLC DEA required ATLS highly preferred Clean malpractice history preferred Case logs required at the time of presentation Availability required at the time of name clearCredentialing Approximately 3060 daysAdditional Information No office/clinic responsibilities Coverage is call only with surgical cases as needed No credentialing with other facilities required"
