Professional Highlights: Launch your own spine-focused practice with full system and clinic support Backed by the largest ortho network in El Paso - 31+ orthopedic providers Clinic access via EPOSG or Orthopedic Surgeon Associates Mon-Fri schedule, 8-5 with no call requirement for excellent work-life balance Start with 3-4 clinic days/week and 1-2 OR days/week Projected 18-22 spine surgeries/month as volume ramps up Excelcius GPS Robotic Navigation System for surgical precision Hospital privileges across all THOP hospitals (mainly Sierra Campus) Full administrative, staffing, and marketing support to grow your panel Salary guarantee + wRVU bonus model, 401(k), CME, malpractice coverage Paid relocation, full benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO Visa sponsorship available - all types considered Ideal candidate: Spine fellowship trained, BC/BE, Spanish a plus
