Job Description$900K+ First Year - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in North Dakota!

Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to join a growing, well-established practice!
\ N
\ N The Practice:
\ N 1:4 call
\ N Single campus with outpatient surgery center
\ N Practice encompasses General Plastic Surgery, OMF, Breast Reconstruction, Flaps, Trauma and Wound Care, along with Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
\ N Microsurgery and/or hand experience welcomed but not exclusive
\ N Teaching/Academic opportunities available
\ N Large built-in referralbase
\ N PSLF eligible, Non-profit system
\ N $700K compensation floor for 2 years plus personally performed wRVUs
\ N $200K signing/retentionincentive, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
