Job Description## Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon | Williamsport, PA North-Central Pennsylvania — Within 3 Hours of Philadelphia, NYC & BaltimoreSalary Range: $700,000–$735,000 ## Position Details* Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position* Schedule: Days — call 1 in 4* Setting: Inpatient and outpatient — Level II Trauma Team plus elective surgical practice and outpatient clinic* EMR: Epic* H-1B visa candidates accepted* Budgeted replacement position* Hand fellowship training preferred — or willingness to provide hand coverage## Practice OverviewSeeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon with Hand fellowship training or willingness to provide hand coverage to join a Level II Trauma team in north-central Pennsylvania:* Inpatient Level II Trauma coverage plus elective surgical practice and outpatient clinic* Part of a regional health system with 4 hospitals and 500+ employed providers serving a 13-county region* Comprehensive services including cancer care, heart and vascular surgery, neurosciences, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN, GI services, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and more## Compensation & Benefits* Salary range: $700,000–$735,000 annually* Retirement plan with employer match* Medical liability coverage* Generous CME and PTO* Relocation assistance* H-1B visa candidates accepted## Required Qualifications* MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery* Hand fellowship training — preferred;
