Job DescriptionCoxHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established, high-performing surgical team in Springfield, Missouri. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with dedicated support staff, efficient workflows, and a focus on delivering high-quality surgical care.

\ N Practice full-spectrum cardiothoracic surgery (no vascular)
\ N Robust structural heart program (TAVR)
\ N Collaborative call model with shared scheduling among partners
\ N APP support, assisting with call responsibilities, managing inpatient rounding as well as clinic responsibilities
\ N Enjoy a 4-day work week :
\ N 3 days in the OR
\ N 1 day in clinic
