What You ll DoProvide specialized cardiothoracic and thoracic surgical coverage
Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure optimal patient care
Manage a range of surgical cases within your specialty
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
Participate in on-call rotation for scheduled coverage
Ensure patient safety and quality standards are met throughout your shift
What You Need
Required:
Valid licensure in the State of Minnesota
Significant experience in cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery
Preferred:
Prior experience in hospital or surgical settings
Strong teamwork and communication skills
