Locum Tenens General/Trauma Surgeon Opportunity in West Virginia Embark on a fulfilling Locum Tenens opportunity for a General/Trauma Surgeon near Lindside, WV, starting on January 16, 2024, and concluding on January 22, 2024. Level 3 Hospital: A vital healthcare facility in the region
Preferred License: West Virginia or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) ready
Surgery Specialty: General Surgery with a focus on Trauma
Schedule: Hospital only, 7-10 days per month
Call: As needed, both nights and weekends
Support Staff: Hospital and OR support available for a collaborative environment
Patient Age Group: Primarily adults
Inpatient Focus: Full inpatient care, no outpatient clinic responsibilities
Charting/EMR: Utilizing MediTech for efficient documentation
Board Certification: Either Board Certified or Board Eligible, with preference for BC

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP, with temporary privileges available
Logistics and Support: Travel and Lodging: Yes, with flexibility

Rounding: Solely on the provider's patients
