Urology Physician Locums Job in Pennsylvania Scheduled Clinical Hour + Call Coverage Beginning August - December Assignment Dates September 9, 14, 16 November 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 December 2, 4, 5, 6, 21, 24-31Clinic Dates September 8, 10, 15 October 27, 29 November 24 December 1, 3, 22, 23Coverage Details Call coverage with clinic and shared call (8 AM - 8 AM) Office hours Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Call only on the weekends, usually two strictly clinic shifts during the week, and three clinic/call shifts combined One assigned OR day per week starting at 7:00 AM Weekday and weekend coverage needed Credentialing time frame: Approximately 14 days 3-4 days a weekRequirements Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery) Licensed in Pennsylvania or IMLC Fellowship training PreferredRequired Procedures/Skills General Urology (adult) Ureteroscopy TRUS biopsies Incontinence proceduresAssignment Details There is an APP that helps cover consults during the day M-F Coverage includes urology call with rounding on existing inpatients (average of 2-4) and responding to consults in a timely manner (average of 5-7) Practice setting includes both inpatient and outpatient coverage Patient volume: clinic patients per day; approximately 2 4 inpatients for rounding Facility Trauma Level: 1 EMR: EpicJackson and Coker offers:+ Weekly Direct Deposit+ Top Rated Malpractice Insurance
