COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO) Guaranteed Base Salary: $650,000 - $706,333 +RVU production $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Housing Assistance Relocation Assistance Multiple Loan Repayment Programs Michigan State Loan Repayment Program HRSA/NHSC PSLF Eligible Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision Hospital-Paid Short-Term Disability HSA Life Insurance MERS Retirement with immediate vesting Employer contribution of 3.57% CME: 5 days and $3,800 annually Up to 25 PTO days plus 7 paid holidays RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO) Strong administrative and physician leadership support Support includes 2 dedicated Nurse Practitioners
