Job DescriptionA highly regarded, established multispecialty surgical practice in Wellington, Florida is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join its growing team.
This opportunity is well suited for a vascular surgeon who values clinical autonomy, long-term practice development, and the ability to build a meaningful presence within a strong and expanding South Florida market.
The Opportunity
The incoming surgeon will join an established private surgical platform with experienced clinical and administrative infrastructure, strong referral relationships, and a collaborative physician environment.
This position offers the opportunity to develop and grow a dedicated vascular surgery service line while benefiting from the resources, reputation, and operational support of an established surgical group.
The ideal candidate will be a confident vascular surgeon who is comfortable practicing independently, developing referral relationships, and taking a leadership role in building the vascular service line. Candidate Profile
Qualified candidates should:
Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Have meaningful post-training clinical experience in vascular surgery
Be comfortable practicing with a high degree of clinical independence
Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills
Have a strong commitment to patient-centered care
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful vascular practice
Value collaboration, professionalism, and long-term practice development
Have the experience and leadership skills to help establish and grow a vascular service line within the group
