Job description
Hospital is seeking a full-time BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join their thriving physician group in southern Georgia. Details: Only accepting candidates who are available to start in 2027/2028 Join four board-certified general surgeons Monday Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR Call required 7 days/month, extra pay for extra call Surgery and Medicine Clinic is located within walking distance of the hospital campus State-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed competitive salary and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost of-living adjustment Bonus of 100% shared practice profits Generous student loan repayment assistance if needed Paid health insurance in exchange for precepting residents and medical students Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Optional, supplemental benefits package available, including retirement match, for W-2 hospital employees Paid house-hunting and relocation Monthly cell phone allowance CME allowance and time off Paid time off annually, plus holidays Residents/fellows who make an early commitment receive a monthly stipend through the duration of their training or may choose a sign-on bonus Physicians lounge with meals provided 24-hour hospital fitness center The Community: Nestled in the heart of South Georgia, this charming small town offers a slower pace of life with the warmth of true Southern hospitality.
