Job description
We are actively seeking a BE/BC Vascular Surgeon to join a hospital-owned clinic in the vicinity of MOUNT JULIET, TN. We welcome applications from both experienced physicians and new graduates interested in contributing to a dynamic healthcare environment.
As a Vascular Surgeon in our employed position, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, including 1 General/Vascular Surgeon and 2 General Surgeons. While we prefer candidates with 2-15 years of experience, we recognize the value of fresh perspectives and encourage recent grads to apply. A special requirement for this role is proficiency in General Surgery with a focus on Vascular Surgery, and applicants must provide a case report referencing at least 100 Vascular cases within the past two years.
The anticipated call coverage for this position is 1:3, with a required 10 days of call. We boast a well-equipped facility, including robotics, ensuring that our surgical team has access to the latest technologies. The medical office building is conveniently connected to the hospital, facilitating seamless collaboration and patient care.
In addition to offering a competitive base salary, the compensation package for this position includes a variety of benefits such as RVU-based bonuses, a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, relocation assistance, reimbursement for licensure, dues, and/or subscriptions, profit sharing, generous PTO, and a CME allowance.
