Quick Facts Location: Crane, TX Start Date: 10/15/2026 End Date/Duration: 11/05/2026 Shift: Night shifts (specific dates: 10/15, 10/18, 10/19, 10/28, 10/29) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem License/Certs: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required Experience: Must have charge nurse experience in ER Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $53.60 Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide high-quality emergency care in a busy ER setting with 3 beds Take on leadership responsibilities as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient flow Administer emergency treatments and interventions Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations Support and mentor junior staff as needed What You Need Current active RN license in Texas Proven charge nurse experience in ER settings Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment Preferred: Prior experience in ER settings, familiarity with charge duties About the Assignment This assignment is at a leading healthcare facility in Crane, TX, featuring a small but busy ER environment. You will be responsible for overseeing patient care in a 3-bed ER and assisting with Med Surg duties as needed.
