Quick Facts Location: Muenster, TX Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 12/28/2026 Shift: Night (12-hour shifts) Hours/week: 36 Employment Type: Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license required Experience: 1+ years of ER nursing experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $53.60 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other reimbursements where applicable What You ll Do Provide emergency care to patients in a high-volume ER setting Quickly adapt to facility protocols and documentation standards via Meditech EMR system Assess patient conditions and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Document patient interventions accurately and efficiently Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and urgency Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state licensing requirements What You Need Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain one Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Dependability and adaptability to shift changes and fast-paced environments Ability to work nights and respond quickly to urgent care needs About the Assignment This position involves providing essential emergency care at a leading facility in Muenster, TX. The RN will work night shifts, utilizing Meditech EMR, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patient populations in a busy ER environment.
