Emergency Room RN Nights in Columbus, TX Join a leading facility in Columbus, Texas, for an exciting ER nursing opportunity! Quick Facts: Location: Columbus, TX Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Hours/Week: 36 guaranteed Employment: Contract Licenses/Certifications: TX or Multistate RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER experience Charting System: Cerner Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $50.25/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure/certification reimbursements, travel and other reimbursements where applicable What You ll Do: Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy 8-bed ER with 2 trauma bays Assist in managing trauma cases, Level 4 trauma, and medical emergencies Document patient assessments and treatments accurately using Cerner charting system Collaborate with a team of 2 RNs, 1 LVN, and an unit secretary on night shifts Follow hospital protocols and patient safety standards Participate in rotating weekend and holiday schedules Provide patient education and support as needed What You Need: Texas or Multistate RN license Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications at time of submission Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This assignment offers the opportunity to work at a well-established emergency department that sees an average of 850 patients per month. The ER features a high-acuity environment with trauma bays and supportive staff, ideal for RNs seeking to expand their trauma and emergency care skills in a structured, supportive setting.
